Mrs. Morales helped my husband and I find our perfect first home!! Although we had a time crunch, Magda made time for us and got us in our home just in time for the holidays. She made sure to find places within our budget, and was ALWAYS prompt and considerate. I came to her because she had also helped my father purchase his home. Magda made this big investment in our lives as smooth as possible, and less intimidating. It was a pleasure to have her.

Every little piece of paperwork that had to be completed, or any deadline we had to meet, Magda doesn't wait around for the last minute, which I greatly appreciated. Magda has a vast knowledge of Frederick county and its real estate market. She was on top of every aspect of the house purchase to make sure it was completed in a timely manner. She is great with first-time home buyers because she educates her clients about the whole process and makes suggestions on how to improve the houses to increase value. She responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Magda was so thorough on what we needed to do to get our home ready to sell. Instead of being pushy like many realtors we have dealt with, she gave great suggestions on what would be helpful in getting our home sold and listed them in priority order for us. In the end, we had 3 families bidding on our home, with at least one family writing a letter as to why we should sell our home to them! I don't think our home was even listed for 2 weeks before it sold!
