When I was working with Audrey, it was like there was a mind reader around. There were times that she showed me properties and then had to show my husband and she helped us figure out just what kind of place we were looking for in a timely way. She masterfully juggled the sale of my condo and the purchase of a new home and helped negotiate timing and lease backs to make everything work. I am a type A control freak and Audrey was so great about everything. I never worried about her or any of her contacts responding to us in a timely manner, and it was her contacts that made a sticky last minute closing situation seem like just a little bump in the road. I have passed her number on already and I will continue to do so. I'm going to work with her whenever I need real estate help!

Daniella Serven's willingness to do whatever it takes to help a homeowner sell their property is nothing short of incredible. She makes herself available to her clients around the clock, jumps through every hoop, puts out every fire and goes the extra mile at every opportunity to ensure a sale is prompt, profitable and successful. I have to say, that my experience with Jonathan Burke was nothing short of fabulous. From my first meeting with Jonathan to the last signature at closing he has been the best, most thoughtful, informed and professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. I should not imply that his care ended at the closing table because Jonathan has continued to care for me and my family even since our closing a month ago. Jonathan used his exceptional negotiating skills to get me a home that appraised for over $8,000 more than what I paid, and he got all of my closing costs paid and a new carpet. He did mention that this does not happen every time, but I will tell all of my friends and family members to call Jonathan Burke for all of their Real Estate needs.

Lisa was great realtor. The professionalism, knowledge of the business and the market, kindness, responsiveness, commitment and attentiveness of Lisa is unmatched. We highly recommend working with her to anyone. We will definitely work with her again in the future. She was very quick in answering emails, texts and phone calls. He would return phone call within minutes. The house we bought went on the market a few days before we saw it. As soon as it hit Zillow I sent a request to see it and she replayed in less than a day. We saw it and we moved ahead with a proposal. She had come up with a price for us to offer and sent the seller an offer on our behalf. Lisa also helped us tremendously in all other aspects of the process. Mortgage, insurance, title, inspection and even things like visiting the house to see the furniture the seller was offering to us. The best part was that the closing process was 15 days (the seller needed to close the transaction in 15 days). Not a single time during all these days was disengaged. We are extremely thankful for all her great work and the extra support.
