I was very fortunate to work with Ricardo several years ago. As a first time homebuyer with little to no knowledge of the real estate market, I was nervous about getting the huge decision to purchase a home, yet Ricardo was great at helping me understand in layman's terms what to expect, what my options where and what my buying potential was. He also patiently explained each line time in my loan documents, and tirelessly showed me properties in the DC area. When I did eventually come across what would be my future house, he helped me envision the potential not only in the house but the neighborhood, which I had difficulty seeing at first. It was some of the best advice I ever got. Ten years later, I own a house in one of DC's most coveted neighborhoods, within the walking distance from the Nationals stadium, the soon to be DC United soccer stadium, and what promises to be one of the biggest real estate developments in the city, the Wharf. Not to mention my house has appraised $150k since we purchased it. Ricardo is hard working, honest and offers great advice.
