John was great as a real estate agent. We spent many weekends looking at places in the city with John very knowledgible about the neighborhoods. He listened to us which is so important in limiting the scope of what we needed to see. Negotiating- John had the great knowledge of what to do- but it was bidding war on all of the places that we looked at...he know what clauses to put in to handle what we could go up to but to keep us in the buying negotiations. He looked out for our needs and was very gracious to us- an example: I was late to a house visit appointment with him and my girlfriend (which made her upset)- I had been stuck in traffic while buying an engagement ring that morning- he knew why I was late but didn't tell my girlfriend and still worked to get as many house visits in during the time we had left. Yes I would go with John again as my real estate agent!

Jonathan Eng is truly the best! He has nothing but his client’s interests in mind. He is knowledgeable, experienced, communicative and works within the parameters you give to him . He knows his real estate market inside and out. He has incredible attention to detail and pointed out things in potential homes that other realtors never considered. Jonathan Eng sold my one bedroom condo in Washington, DC. And during this process, he was extremely helpful when it came down to getting the nitty grity done to prepare the place for showing, and got the highest bid for my one DC condo. What most first-time buyers don't realize is that your agent can make or break your first purchase. Not only did Jonathan help me sell my place, he found us a wonderful home. As an agent, John has great knowledge and years of experience in the Real Estate field, I highly recommended him. He did a very tough short sale for me and my mother. At that time we had Wells Fargo with a first and second mortgage which he was able to successfully sale that home. Today we live in a wonderful home and have moved on from this difficult experience. If I need an agent to sale or help me buy another home, I would not hesitate to call on John again, because he really cares about helping people and does a hundred percent plus for his clients.
