Jim is a lifelong Hoosier, residing in Brownsburg, Indiana since 1965. He attended Indiana State University, graduating with a B.S. degree in Marketing & Management. A career businessman and entrepreneur, Jim gained valuable experience as the CEO of a successful regional service company for nearly 20 years, where he oversaw the the operations of 75+ employees operating in 7 states. After negotiating the successful sale of the company in 2000, Jim turned to his second passion, Real Estate Investment, and began purchasing, rehabilitating, and selling homes in Indiana and Florida. This experience, as well as serving as a Board Member for multiple Home Owner Associations, brings Jim a unique and well-rounded perspective to the Real Estate Sales process.
