Janet was the sellers representative for the first Prescott home we placed an offer on. We were second in line & did not get to purchase that house. But Janet remembered every little thing we were dreaming of. She knew someone who was planning to downsize “in a year or two”. Convinced her to list her perfect-for-us-home immediately, and voila! We are living our retirement years in our dream home. It was impressive work & we will be forever grateful. I recommend her to everyone!

Janet was there for us through all the many little details that went into buying our new home. She was easily available whenever we needed her and she stayed on top of our "to do" list through the whole process. She truly went above & beyond her regular realtor responsibilities!

Janet was instrumental in finding a great place for our son to live while attending Embry-Riddle. Unlike many other Realtors who we reached out to... she was extremely helpful, persistent, professional and most importantly understood our unique situation. The general attitude we found when trying to find a place was "we don't rent to college students". Janet was successful in negotiating a fair and reasonable lease with the land lord and our son was very happy with the condo while completing his education. Janet is a delight and has become a cherished friend to our entire family!
