Janet was instrumental in finding a great place for our son to live while attending Embry-Riddle. Unlike many other Realtors who we reached out to... she was extremely helpful, persistent, professional and most importantly understood our unique situation. The general attitude we found when trying to find a place was "we don't rent to college students". Janet was successful in negotiating a fair and reasonable lease with the land lord and our son was very happy with the condo while completing his education. Janet is a delight and has become a cherished friend to our entire family!
