Janet was the sellers representative for the first Prescott home we placed an offer on. We were second in line & did not get to purchase that house. But Janet remembered every little thing we were dreaming of. She knew someone who was planning to downsize “in a year or two”. Convinced her to list her perfect-for-us-home immediately, and voila! We are living our retirement years in our dream home. It was impressive work & we will be forever grateful. I recommend her to everyone!

Janet was successful in negotiating a fair and reasonable lease with the land lord and our son was very happy with the condo while completing his education.
