We had an excellent experience working with Daniel. He was our Buyer's Agent. He showed great knowledge in contracts, negotiations, and the market. He had great contacts that helped us with insurance and inspections and even helped us resolve an issue on the day of closing to make the deal happen. Goron is a professional, he’s very dependable, and always answer calls either by text or simply will call you right back. He doesn’t make you wait. I was very fortunate to have be a part of the Townhome I bought. He was never late for any of our appointments we had with staff of Dawson Place. He’s honest and pays attention to details.
