How would we have gotten through the last several months without Kirsten as our realtor? Mary is so smart and experienced, she has been in the market for 20+ years and knows everything about the types of homes, the good areas, and she's very good at communicating with my family and when we were negotiating with the sellers. From our very first meeting she spent more than an hour educating me and answering all of my questions as a first time homebuyer, then her and her team would always send us homes to go take a look at, while we were looking at homes, she was always taking notes of what I liked and didn't like so that we could curate the perfect home for me, she was also very straightforward if I wanted something that was going to put us over our budget she would let me know. Mary and her team were also always available by phone when we had questions, if she was busy, she would always call me back or text. Eventually we found a perfect home after a month of searching. The sellers we not very easy to work with but thanks to Mary's persistence we were able to come to an agreeable deal. It was a difficult process, but it definitely would've been so much harder if I didn't have Mary and her team helping me. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone interested in buying real estate, and will definitely seek out her services again if I ever want to purchase another property in the future.

Scott made it easy by respecting our search parameters, educating us on local market conditions and neighborhood characteristics, and suggesting suitable properties for our consideration. He organized viewings to maximize the value of our short visits. He promptly responded to our requests for follow-up information that let us narrow our search and submit an offer. His assistance during the due diligence phase was particularly appreciated; he was persistent and timely in gathering information from the sellers, HOA, and home inspector that informed amendments to our offer and the ultimate terms of our purchase.

Selling your house can be stressful. Kevin helped relieve that stress and walk us through the whole process making it seem easy. He listened to us and answered all of our questions. Kevin really did go above and beyond for us. We highly recommend him for your realtor needs.
