Goran was born in a city called Doboj and came to the United States almost 25 years ago with his family. Goran resides in Utah and is currently a full time Realtor. He makes buying and selling processes from start to finish so easy, stress-free and enjoyable. Goran always has his client’s best interest in mind by his commitment and knowledge of Real Estate. He likes to stay ahead of the competitive market by attending classes regularly and learning. Goran is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. When Goran is not working, you can find him on the golf course, traveling with his wife, or reading a book.

Hi, I am Rachel. I am a full time real estate agent with Realty One Group Distinction and Team1580. I love to explore Utah, especially during the Summer. This includes doing things such as camping, boating, and experiencing live music. I am also a mom to 3 amazing kids. I value quality time with them as well as with my extended family and friends. I have been in sales and real estate for over 15 years. My intention is to become your agent for life. Goron is a professional, he’s very dependable, and always answer calls either by text or simply will call you right back. He doesn’t make you wait. I was very fortunate to have be a part of the Townhome I bought. He was never late for any of our appointments we had with staff of Dawson Place. He’s honest and pays attention to details. I had a wonderful experience with Goron. I highly recommend him as your realtor..he’s the real deal. In fact, he helped me move without any complaints. great communication, property search, lobbying lender and seller

We had certain hard requirements in a property. Goran narrowed down the candidates. The house we ultimately chose missed my own property search, but he found it. We had need for getting our offer accepted and closed ASAP. Goran got the offer written up and followed through with the seller quite diligently, with quick rounds of back and forth, getting the offer accepted quickly. He pushed the lender to commit to close quickly, quicker than their usual timeframe. He got the ball rolling on inspections, negotiated with the seller on repairs and mitigations, pushing the seller and inspectors to get them done during the short time we were in town. He kept the ball rolling to progress to closure, talking to the lender, title company, inspectors, and contractors, not letting anyone be idle to progress to closure, which we had need to happen ASAP. All the while, keeping us in the loop constantly, including while my wife and I were on a European cruise.

Goran is the best!

We really enjoyed working with Goran on the buying end of our new home! He was patient with us as we toured homes, thoughtful when we asked questions, and ready to see as many homes as we wanted to see. We will always keep Bustos and Reardon in mind when purchasing or selling a home.

Goran was great to work with. Super nice and accommodating. He seemed a little green at first but he really worked well with us and did everything he could to make the process smooth. I'd work with him again any day.

Goran Jovic is a best agent

As a first-time home buyer, I was a little hesitant, Goran explained the process and steps and milestones. which first looked very complicated but he guided me through the process and explained what was next. He has excellent market knowledge and contacts/teams who helped me over the phone. I was able to get the keys in just 3 weeks. That was faster than I had thought. Goran you made it a simple, superfast and painless process.
