Goron is a professional, he’s very dependable, and always answer calls either by text or simply will call you right back. He doesn’t make you wait. I was very fortunate to have be a part of the Townhome I bought. He was never late for any of our appointments we had with staff of Dawson Place. He’s honest and pays attention to details. We had certain hard requirements in a property. Goran narrowed down the candidates. The house we ultimately chose missed my own property search, but he found it. We had need for getting our offer accepted and closed ASAP. Goran got the offer written up and followed through with the seller quite diligently, with quick rounds of back and forth, getting the offer accepted quickly. He pushed the lender to commit to close quickly, quicker than their usual timeframe. He got the ball rolling on inspections, negotiated with the seller on repairs and mitigations, pushing the seller and inspectors to get them done during the short time we were in town. He kept the ball rolling to progress to closure, talking to the lender, title company, inspectors, and contractors, not letting anyone be idle to progress to closure, which we had need to happen ASAP. All the while, keeping us in the loop constantly, including while my wife and I were on a European cruise.

As a first-time home buyer, I was a little hesitant, Goran explained the process and steps and milestones. which first looked very complicated but he guided me through the process and explained what was next. He has excellent market knowledge and contacts/teams who helped me over the phone. I was able to get the keys in just 3 weeks. That was faster than I had thought.
