We feel fortunate to have met and worked with Adam Koch and his crew at K2 Realty. Apart from their cheerful hospitality and being available on a moment’s notice from beginning to end, Adam’s professional breadth and depth make him a standout among his peers in the business. As both buyers and sellers of homes and vacant land, we’ve worked with a number of experienced agents over the years. Agents specializing in either property category are common, but expertise in both is rare. We met Adam at the start of our open-ended search for a home in the greater Salt Lake City area. At the time, we weren’t decided on whether we’d purchase an existing home or build a custom. While researching Adam’s leads from our location in Seattle, he was busy leveraging his contacts and scouting local properties in person, even transmitting aerial footage to us from his drone. By the time we arrived for showings, Adam had arranged introductions to home builders and organized an extensive yet thoughtfully prioritized list of land and existing homes for our viewing. His knowledge of the end-to-end building process, his insights for improvements to existing homes, and his many contacts in both worlds made our search both pleasant and surisingly efficient. In the end, Adam found us an unlisted existing that exceeded our expectations, and then worked just as hard for us pre- and post- purchase as he did in the early stages of our quest. Adam and K2 Realty have amply earned our long term business, and we hope many others benefit from their high level of service as much as we have.

This was my second time working with Chris. He has always been a great source of help even when we weren’t selling a home. I could ask him for guidance on ways to add greater value to our current home. He has always been reachable and provided us the updates we needed as well as give us great suggestions.

Trevor was professional and very helpful. He was willing to spend Memorial day weekend helping us buy our first home. He did his work and lined out 11 homes to see between Saturday and Monday. We found the house we wanted on that Monday which was the 7th of the 11 we saw. He informed us the house had two other offers and we needed to make an offer by 8:00pm we saw the last house at 6:30pm. He gave us his advice on what we should offer. I had a different view and he was very respectful and professional with my view. Our offer was accepted and we closed 41days later. Trevor was great at negotiating and getting me what I wanted done before we closed. For our first home is went so easy he was on top of everything talking with our loan officer. He is a great asset to have on your team. I will be using Trevor again and recommend everyone to work with him.

Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.
