Apart from their cheerful hospitality and being available on a moment’s notice from beginning to end, Adam’s professional breadth and depth make him a standout among his peers in the business. As both buyers and sellers of homes and vacant land, we’ve worked with a number of experienced agents over the years. Agents specializing in either property category are common, but expertise in both is rare. We met Adam at the start of our open-ended search for a home in the greater Salt Lake City area. At the time, we weren’t decided on whether we’d purchase an existing home or build a custom. While researching Adam’s leads from our location in Seattle, he was busy leveraging his contacts and scouting local properties in person, even transmitting aerial footage to us from his drone. By the time we arrived for showings, Adam had arranged introductions to home builders and organized an extensive yet thoughtfully prioritized list of land and existing homes for our viewing. His knowledge of the end-to-end building process, his insights for improvements to existing homes, and his many contacts in both worlds made our search both pleasant and surisingly efficient. In the end, Adam found us an unlisted existing that exceeded our expectations, and then worked just as hard for us pre- and post- purchase as he did in the early stages of our quest.
