We came from out of state and Danielle gave us a good overview and tour of the neighborhoods in the city. She was able to help us decide on the areas that would be the best fit for us, educate us on the market conditions and guide us through the closing remotely. She was very responsive. We would recommend her highly.

Danielle was extremely responsive and action oriented - she often already had the information we wanted before we asked for it. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process and the housing market - buying our first home with her was made so much easier because of her expertise. We bought an older home and had to navigate a number of challenges inherent in older homes - Danielle was not only knowledgeable in this area but also very well connected to experts who could provide valuable information to our decision making. She made the complicated aspects of home buying easy with her communication skills and experience. She was always willing to call or meet to discuss anything and walked us through each step. She communicated well with the sellers and facilitated a smooth negotiation process even when we had to work through additional findings from inspections. We could not be happier with our experience with Danielle - she gave us the knowledge, resources, and confidence we needed to find our perfect home.

She knew the market, she showed us only homes that met our specific requests and helped us in all aspects of homeownership, including caring for the Home after we purchased it

From our very first meeting, Felipe was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He gave us excellent advice on preparing the house, priced it perfectly, and created a marketing plan that attracted strong interest right away. Communication was outstanding, Felipe kept us updated every step of the way, answered our questions promptly, and explained everything clearly so we always felt confident in the process. His negotiation skills were top-notch, and we ended up with an offer that exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a listing agent who truly advocates for their clients and makes selling your home as smooth as possible, Felipe is the one. We would not hesitate to recommend Felipe to anyone looking to sell their home. A well-deserved 5-star rating for Felipe Pacheco!

Felipe was awesome to work with! He actually listened to what I wanted and ended up finding me the perfect place. He walked me through the whole process, explained everything in a way that made sense, and kept it light and funny along the way. Super patient, always quick to respond, and never made me feel rushed. Plus, he helped me snag a great deal. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

I met Felipe when I bought my home and he wrote the mortgage. When it was time to sell, and I saw he was also a realtor, naturally I asked him to help. I interviewed several agents and Felipe won with his enthusiasm (and the highest asking price). He brought in helpers to repair and clean the house to make it pristine for showing. Felipe exceeded all expectations and sold the house in a shorter time and for more than he promised. I highly recommend him as a realtor.
