Real Estate agents who understand the job, aren't afraid to work, care about their clients, and actually get things done are hard to pick out from the crowd. Marlys is one of those real estate agents that is more than worth a hiring. She helped us focus our money before listing to maximize return. We needed to sell quick, but not list for less to do it. In a tough market, she got us multiple offers, and completely gone in less than two months. She kept us on track, and got everything done in the short time provided. Becca's knowledge not only of the market but also of the other long agents in Utah helped us provide the chosen bid among the stiff competition in the current market! We could easily go to some of these "cut the agent out and save" services to buy/sell real estate but Becca's knowledge/experience is worth EVERY dollar she gets paid. Rena is a true professional. My husband and I were impressed by her in-depth knowledge of the many facets associated with real estate. It was evident when we worked with her that she had a deep understanding of all of the technical details (regulations, financial, contracts, etc). On the other end of the spectrum Rena has an eye for aethestics and beauty which was extremely important when it came time to show the home. She understands PEOPLE, which gives her the ability to deal with the emotions and the psychology that associated with buying and selling of a home.
