Marlys is one of those real estate agents that is more than worth a hiring. She helped us focus our money before listing to maximize return. We needed to sell quick, but not list for less to do it. In a tough market, she got us multiple offers, and completely gone in less than two months. She kept us on track, and got everything done in the short time provided. Jessica came up with an effective plan to sell my house. She quickly had it staged, photographed and an open house scheduled. The house was listed on Friday, an open house on Saturday, an offer on Sunday and a contract on Monday! The process went along smoothly and Jessica kept me informed every step of the way. Gina has helped us sell two homes. I've never experienced an agent with this much attention. We had a light burned out, she replaced it. In the previous home, she replaced a bathroom vanity for us. We'd done a significant amount of repairs and had decided that the old cabinet was going to stay. Gina asked if she could replace it. She did. Those are only 2 examples of the service and dedication she showed. I've been totally blown away. She's awesome!
