Working with Carol Murtha was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. Carol was always available to go to the house we were trying to purchase. Her knowledge and friendly attitude was great! Carol would answer her calls when she was able to. If she was busy she would send a text saying she will call when she had a moment. We were never left hanging. When we needed answers to our questions she answered them right away. If she didn’t know, she would find out and get right back to us. Beyond being a realtor she was like a best friend. She would drive an hour away when we needed her to with no complaints…what a wonderful/sweet person she is. Great to work with. I say “last of the greats” because so many people these days don’t truly care about their customers. They just want to make a quick buck and move on.
