Jordan did a great market analysis on my house and sold my house for more than what I thought it was worth. She brought in a professional team for photos and video which made all of the difference. The quality of those two details was amazing! I received multiple offers after the first day of showings just like Jordan said would happen. I had my heart set on a house and we offered the highest and still got beat by cash, but thankfully because of Jordan, I was able to go clear to close in 13 days on the ace up her sleeve that we toured that same day. (Which was a much better house) Jordan wants to find you a home so you have a home and that was a blessing to have as a first time buyer to know that you can ask questions and you will get an honest take and learn about the ins and outs of it all. Jordan knew exactly how to get the house in perfect condition to view as a buyer. She had the home deep cleaned, then staged had a weekend full of showings, an open house and we received multiple offers that ended up in a quick - way over asking sale! We are going to miss our little downtown Romeo home. If you want someone who knows the Romeo, Washington, and surrounding area market I highly suggest using her!
