We purchased our home with her, and reached out and contacted her to sell the same home 5 years later because we knew it was her we wanted to work with again!

Brett is amazing! From the beginning he had a plan. We sat down briefly to walkthrough a realistic timeline. Between selling our house with another realtor & buying one with him, he helped every step of the way - on both sides when needed. This was my 3rd home buying experience & he was on the ball every step of the way. He got me a contact for our home up North & worked hand-in-hand to get things moving along. We hit some rough patches in the timeline, trying to sell our home, but with the open dialog we had, it didn't feel like much of an issue at all. Brett worked on both ends & communicated efficiently. I say “last of the greats” because so many people these days don’t truly care about their customers. They just want to make a quick buck and move on. Mark has been working with us on and off for nearly 7 years. We took a break from house hunting about 2 years ago and only recently picked it back up when we found what would end up becoming our dream home.
