Sam is incredibly easy to work with and has a great vibe about her. We never felt pressured in anything, she did her best to answer all of our questions, and navigated some difficult situations in the end. She's professional yet warm and inviting, 100% looks out for your best interest, and is honest and on the up and up. We purchased our home with her, and reached out and contacted her to sell the same home 5 years later because we knew it was her we wanted to work with again!

This is the second home search we have made with Samantha. There is a reason she was hired for a second time, Sam is always there to answer questions, go to bat for you, and occasionally even offer an opinion that may force you to look at things a different way, which is a good thing. Sam is knowledgeable, professional and at the same time compassionate to the needs of your family. We stumbled upon her by chance years ago, when searching for our first home in the area. We hired her again when we wanted to sell and move, we were beyond satisfied with Sam. You won't be disappointed.

Sam goes out of her way from day one to explain the specifics to make sure you are completely understanding what the process entails. She uses her own photos and words to help potential buyers capture an image in their heads before ever stepping foot inside. Even when things don’t go out planned she makes every effort to accommodate and ease the stress. This is a second time working with Sam and we will continue to only work with Sam for any future real estate needs because Sam doesn’t sell your house FOR you she sells it WITH you. Thank you Sam for all your hard work!

I say “last of the greats” because so many people these days don’t truly care about their customers. They just want to make a quick buck and move on. Mark has been working with us on and off for nearly 7 years. We took a break from house hunting about 2 years ago and only recently picked it back up when we found what would end up becoming our dream home. We didn’t hesitate to contact Mark and he happily got us setup immediately with a viewing. Long story short, Mark worked with us diligently and we ended up getting our house that checked basically every box we’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend Mark Tyler to ANYONE.

My husband and I were on the search for our first home a few years ago and didn’t know really the ins and outs of home buying obviously. We knew we needed a realtor, searched around and we came across Mark. Once we talked with him we knew he was the one. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, kind and patient. We didn’t end up finding a house but believed it wasn’t our time. About a month ago we randomly decided, let’s look at houses to see what’s there and found our dream home! We instantly knew we had to call Mark!! We were so excited to work with him again and the process was as smooth as can be on his end for us! We are so grateful and thankful for Mark and his team! If you’re first time buyers or looking for an amazing agent to work with, Mark and his team are amazing! 10/10!!
