Committed to the job!
Brett did a great job every step of the way. Explaining comparable listing in the area, keeping us informed of any trends/changes, and updating us every step of the way through all offers, until the sale of our property. It was a vacant property we did not live very close to, and he went above and beyond, going out to mow around the front of it for us so the sign would be visible at all times.

Tim and Katie, Thank you for the thoughtful review! With you living farther away, I wanted you to feel confident that your property was being looked after and that you were informed through every offer and decision. To me, that commitment includes doing whatever it takes, from mowing the entrance and ditches to picking up trash and making sure the front of the property is presentable and accessible when our buyers come to view it. The details matter, and I’m glad I could help take care of them for you. Thank you for your trust, your patience, and for being such a great client to work with!
