There were so many steps when it came to the estate, but Brett was very helpful with his guidance, and patient when multiple curve balls were thrown our way. He had helped my brother with a home sale and land purchase in the past, and we will certainly refer him again. He made an extremely bittersweet process a little less painful.

Brett is amazing! From the beginning he had a plan. We sat down briefly to walkthrough a realistic timeline. Between selling our house with another realtor & buying one with him, he helped every step of the way - on both sides when needed. This was my 3rd home buying experience & he was on the ball every step of the way. He got me a contact for our home up North & worked hand-in-hand to get things moving along. We hit some rough patches in the timeline, trying to sell our home, but with the open dialog we had, it didn't feel like much of an issue at all. Brett worked on both ends & communicated efficiently. Man I gotta tell you. When I sell a house, I always call Brett. He is absolutely on it. I always get at least, but sometimes more than my asking price and with Brett's guidance, he makes it easy.
