I enjoyed working with Mr. Hubbs. I was very surprised when I was leaving my local Walmart store and saw he had placed for sale signs at the entrance/exit of Walmart. I thought that demonstrated very creative thinking in an effort to let as many people know as possible that there was a home for sale. No other realtor had done that before when I sold homes. He also kept in regular communication with me about my property. He is very knowledgeable about various media that can be used to sell homes!
Brett was a breath of fresh air. I am 67 years old and have sold several properties over the years and have been very disappointed with my realtors. They would tell you anything to get the listing, badger you to take the first low ball offer, and never return your calls. This clean cut young man has it going on! He was honest, he returned my calls, and made sure everything was taken care of. There was a lot of issues regarding a trust and easements and personalities, and he was flawless! I was impressed and that's not easy!
