Brett is very helpful and responds quickly to any calls or texts. He was always able to answer my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he was able to figure it out in a timely fashion. I was worried when purchasing my home that I’d get a very pushy agent but Brett is not like that. He listened to my interest and helped me to look around at a few homes within my price range. He was able to help steer me along the long path of purchasing a home without making me feel uncomfortable as sales people tend to do. But that doesn’t mean he won’t try to help you get the best deal possible! I would definitely contact Brett again in the future if I decide to move and would recommend him to anyone else who is looking for a home.
Brett made the entire process smooth and easy. He priced house just right and we were able to get above asking price. Selling my 94 year old dad's lifelong home was no easy feat.
