CONS- Housing market at that time was insane! - VA home loan (extra circus hoops to get through) -First time buyer (had no idea what I was doing) - Over 30 couples viewed the house in the first two days - 15 offers were made by the 3rd day PROS- Brett Hubbs. All the boxes were checked, all the questions were answered (very patiently I might add) and not only did the process go smoothly, it went by far quicker than I thought it would. I was under the impression that buying a home was supposed to be an ordeal. Looking back I realize now that the only stress about it was what I made for myself. Brett did a great job! Low key, knew the problems, had the answers, even brought the best cupcakes we've ever had to the closing for us.
