She accomplished that and also sold our home within the 10 day timeframe. Actually we accepted an offer on our home within 48 hours and $20,000 above asking price AND we got to stay in our sold home for 60 days rent free while we refinished floors and painted in the new home we purchased. Incredible. She’s the best!
