For starters it was evident from day 1 that she was looking out for our best interests. She made what could have been a trying experience, so very easy! Also, she understood the emotional dynamics involved in selling our treasured home of 20 years. She was so knowledgeable of our area and had obviously studied surrounding properties to establish a fair and obtainable price. Her skillful marketing techniques generated great interest in our property, resulting in numerous showings. This led to multiple offers which culminated in a speedy sale at our desired price.
