We are so thankful for Joe's help and guidance in purchasing our new home. We have never used a realtor before and met a couple who were not very genuine. From our first meeting, we knew Joe was our guy. He was always on time (actually early) for all meetings, friendly and we always felt we were top priority, he had our best interest in mind. He was very patient and gracious with all our questions and going back and forth with the sellers to get all the answers and he was quick to respond to calls and texts. We are also grateful for his knowledge and expertise of lake homes and helping to guide us through making decisions & teaching us a few thing about owning a lake house. Joe walked us through every step of the home-buying process so we were confident in making our final choice. He knows the market very well and helped lead us in making the right offer.
