A positive experience and Ginger and her agents promoted our property well. Our condo actually sold twice. Unfortunately, just 2 days before closing on the first sale, the buyer fell and had a head injury which revealed brain cancer. This necessitated their withdrawing from the purchase. Ginger immediately activated the market listing. It sold again soon after and this closing went well. The buying realtor and Ginger’s Group worked well together.
