Real estate teams in Washtenaw County

Chris was patient and helpful. He listened and followed what I requested. He followed up with me at each step. Everyone in the office was kind and welcoming. The process was smooth

I was surfing late night looking for properties, I find one that lists the next morning. I send Joe a text the day of listing, “can we get there today?” We had not talked in awhile He was there a few hours later to show me the property and place a bid. In today’s market, buyers have to move fast, Joe is that person for this market and all of them as a result. After showing, already two offers in. He gave great advice on how to win the bid, and we did. 💪🏻 Tons of hiccups in the process, he handled every one great. I appreciated the honesty in communication with the ups and the downs. Negotiations are key. I must add, it was an out of state closing and went together perfect. Thanks to you and your team for an amazing job!
