Kept us involved in and informed on all activity Relative to selling our condo In a timely manner.

A positive experience and Ginger and her agents promoted our property well. Our condo actually sold twice. Unfortunately, just 2 days before closing on the first sale, the buyer fell and had a head injury which revealed brain cancer. This necessitated their withdrawing from the purchase. Ginger immediately activated the market listing. It sold again soon after and this closing went well. The buying realtor and Ginger’s Group worked well together. We would definitely recommend Ginger Baxter Group as a listing agent.

Chris and his team are fantastic. They go above and beyond to make the buying experience less overwhelming. He drove out to Grand Rapids on multiple occasions to show us houses and for the inspection. He was integral in the negotiation process which ensured we didn't overpay.
