Real estate teams in Rockford

Peyton was wonderful to work with. Very quick with responses, detailed on updates and let me know what to expect. The sale of my home only took a week and I’m convinced it was the great marketing and reputable name leading the sale!

We had been given a recommendation from a friend who had used the Ginger Baxter group for buying and selling their home. Our experience was the same. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and were very responsive to our questions and reassuring that our house would sell quickly. We were extremely pleased and happy with the outcome.

As a first time home buyer Ginger Baxter has made the whole process quick, easy and stress free. She made sure I understood what was going on through each step of the way! Will definitely be using Ginger Baxter for all my future real estate needs.
