Kent worked with me for many, many months to help me find the home I would be happy in. For the 1st 6 months I was just looking at places as I still had a home to sell out of state. Once that home sold, I was ready to buy a new home and he looked continuously for that home for me. He took me to quite a few options but they never quite struck the right chord with me. Finally, he showed me one that ticked off so many of the boxes that I had identified as needs and/or wants! He helped me put in the right offer and it was accepted. YEAH!!
