Prompt & Professional

Stacey listed and closed on this lot in very short order. The transaction was done remotely, without issue. Although this transaction must certainly be of minor priority compared to others that she was working, her effort never gave the impression that it was not a priority, and she was giving her best effort. I would highly recommend Stacey Morea.

The entire experience from beginning to end was very professional and stress free.

Mark, Brandy and the entire Deering team were very friendly and easy to work with- results driven. They're marketing team was top notch (online presence, videography, photos, number of open houses...). Mark and Brandy both provided us with their professional knowledge while considering what we, the clients, hoped to achieve by the sale of our home. They actually exceeded what we hoped for by procuring a sale of over asking price. The best part about the entire experience was that everything that needed to be remediated in order to close the deal was handled entirely by their team. They made the calls to contractors (after seeking our approval), set-up the appointments, had invoices sent to our emails and expenses were taken care of at closing. So easy. So effortless. Thank you Remax United, Deering Team!

Patience, Perseverance and Professionalism are his assets!!

Kent worked with me for many, many months to help me find the home I would be happy in. For the 1st 6 months I was just looking at places as I still had a home to sell out of state. Once that home sold, I was ready to buy a new home and he looked continuously for that home for me. He took me to quite a few options but they never quite struck the right chord with me. Finally, he showed me one that ticked off so many of the boxes that I had identified as needs and/or wants! He helped me put in the right offer and it was accepted. YEAH!! One of the many traits I appreciated about him was when I would apologize for taking me to so many homes that I said no to, he always stated "I love this part of the process and love showing my clients a variety of options". That reassured me that I was not wasting his time and he truly wanted me to find the right place to live.

Tracie took charge of all matters, giving us options on repairs. She was very knowledgeable and came prepared when listing our home. Showing us what was available on the market and pointing us in the the right direction. I would recommend this team always. Their communication is excellent and were accommodating to our schedules.
