I didn’t just find a house—I found the home, and I truly believe that wouldn’t have happened without Jim. From the very beginning, Jim listened—really listened—to what I wanted and never rushed me or tried to push me into something that didn’t feel right. Every question I had (and I had a lot), he answered with patience and clarity. What really set Jim apart was his background in construction. During a showing, he recognized a rare radiant heating system most agents would have overlooked—and took the time to thoroughly check it. That’s when he discovered two zones weren’t working. Instead of glossing over it, he negotiated to have them repaired before closing, saving me from a major headache. The same thing happened with the septic system—when inspections revealed issues, Jim stepped in again and successfully negotiated a full replacement. Jim didn't stop working after he closed the deal, either. The septic repair wasn't complete by the time I closed, but he knew I wanted to get into the house. He continued to follow up with the excavation company and electrician to ensure the work got completed, weeks after I took ownership.
