He had great suggestions and recommendations every step of the way as well as made himself available even at the last minute as houses, we were interested in became available. Jon proved very knowledgeable about various aspects of housing issues and conditions (foundation, water damage, siding, etc.) as well as costs to repair or replace that allowed us to make informed decisions. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids areas with information that helped us become acclimated with our new hometown!
