Very Responsive Realtor with Excellent Knowledge of the Area

We were match up with Jon as part of a relocation package through my husband's new job. We felt like we hit the jackpot! Jon was very quick to respond to text messages and calls. He gave excellent and honest advice on individual houses, the market and the buying process. He had great suggestions and recommendations every step of the way as well as made himself available even at the last minute as houses, we were interested in became available. Jon proved very knowledgeable about various aspects of housing issues and conditions (foundation, water damage, siding, etc.) as well as costs to repair or replace that allowed us to make informed decisions. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids areas with information that helped us become acclimated with our new hometown! Jon walked us through the process of purchasing our new home and kept us well informed throughout each step. We would highly recommend!
