During the 29+ years she has been top in the Relocation Specialist area both incoming and outgoing. Brenda's specialty though, is in residential homes sales, with a high volume contributed to country properties and lake front homes. This accomplishment comes as a result of her love for the business and her desire to help people reach their goals and dreams. "I give both buyers and sellers honest information and superior service. Absolutely wonderful

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He knows how much we enjoy investing in rental properties, and he actually went out and found the perfect opportunity for us. A Realtor that goes above and beyond

Jessica went above and beyond in every aspect of our buy & sell process. From talking through the pricing options, holding our hand as we navigated offers, and even helping to clean our house to get it listed in time... Jessica didn't just sell our house and get us into our dream house, she made it happen as smooth as it possibly could. We were always in the loop. A Realtor Who Never Gave Up

Jim worked tirelessly to sell my home, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide me through the process. My home is very unique, which generated a tremendous amount of interest. We had lots of people wanting to see it, but we both knew it was going to take a very special buyer to truly appreciate the home and make it the right fit. The house was shown more than 50 times, and Jim personally held four open houses. Through it all, he never stopped working to find the right buyer. What impressed me most was Jim’s dedication and attitude throughout the entire experience. He never gave up, never complained, and remained positive and encouraging even when the process took longer than expected. He consistently went above and beyond, and his hard work ultimately paid off when he got us to the finish line with a full-price offer. I also chose Jim to help me purchase my new home, and that experience was just as wonderful. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His work ethic, persistence, and commitment to his clients are second to none. I will absolutely use him again in the future!

Made things happen!

Jim was a huge help in purchasing our home. He made short work of contacting the sellers and setting up our purchase agreement. He was very attentive in the steps that lead up to the closing. Honestly if it wasn’t for Jim’s professional assistance and attention I don’t think we would have been able to make our dream happen. Highly recommend him as a realtor -Scott Steger
