The house needs some work upstairs, and I can’t help but blame myself for not taking the time to examine it thoroughly. However, I personally like Jodi, and she was very professional throughout the process. I'm currently experiencing a bit of buyer's remorse, and I'm uncertain whether I got a good deal or not—only time will tell. Jodi was there for me every step of the way, addressing my questions and concerns. Ultimately, the decision to buy was mine alone.

Jody showed their dedication to helping find a home by; being available at all hours, willingness to squeeze in odd timings to visit houses, communicated effectively and consistently to keep me up to speed, showed an immense amount of patience mentoring me to know what to look for. Jody utilized her maternal instincts in order to anticipate my needs and give me the tools necessary to make informed decisions on the steps needed to complete the home acquisition process. I cant recommend her enough, she was a joy to hangout with and I looked forward to every one of our sessions.
