Mr. Archbold told me when we first met that he could sell my late brother's house, in the area where the house was located, in 5 to 6 days. It sold in 4 business days at our asking price! Also, when the buyer came back with a request to adjust the price lower due to the age of the roof, Mr. Archbold said no and that he had another offer waiting in the wings. We got our asking price! Also, Mr Archbold went the extra mile for me. I live 3 hrs north of Grand Rapids, and when we decided that the house needed a deep clean, Mr Archbold met the cleaners to let them in the house.
