Jim worked tirelessly to sell my home, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide me through the process. My home is very unique, which generated a tremendous amount of interest. We had lots of people wanting to see it, but we both knew it was going to take a very special buyer to truly appreciate the home and make it the right fit. The house was shown more than 50 times, and Jim personally held four open houses. Through it all, he never stopped working to find the right buyer.
