I enjoyed working with Jessica very much. I chose to sign with her based on the amount of work I saw her do on behalf of my neighbor when she listed her house. While mine sold one day after listing and Jessica did not even have to host an open house, it was her knowledge of the market that convinced me to price my house appropriately, and as a result, we received several offers over asking.
