Mollie was absolutely amazing to work with in the Rockford area. She spent several hours getting to know exactly what we wanted in a house then setting up houses to visit. She was very knowledgeable about the area and toured us around before seeing houses to understand the region better. We spent the day touring houses in private showings and took time to point out pluses and minuses of the school districts and schools that each house belonged to. She made the paperwork process of the bid very easy as well as being very knowledgeable about the builders and their willingness to make concessions. The entire process of buying our home was fantastic!!!

Why i make that profound statement. Her knowledge of the area. Whether she lives where you want to buy or sell, brenda will do her research not just pull up any old comp next to what you are buying or selling. She involves herself 💯 %. Brenda answered all our questions ,physically met with us ,over and over. Early mornings late evenings she was there for us. Brenda is no longer just our realtor, she's our friend who we trust. That doesn't come alo g very often. Yes she needs to make money -a salary. However she earns her wage by her due diligence in these attributes:hard work,great morals, pure ethical values and standards. Cheering you on...... "NO pressure ,this is a high stakes commitment". Brenda says. I'll back Brenda 100% . if she doesn't know, she will find out, she won't lie or make something up or just say i dont know and leave you hanging.
