Jim provided great guidance and support as we looked to sell my home of the last 60+ years. He assessed what was needed to increase the sale value, helped me identify people to do the work, and gave me great advice on timing of the sale. When the first home appraiser on our first came back with a low value, Jim used his background in building and electrical to challenge the appraisal and advise me to not give concessions. We put the house back on the market and ended up with a full price offer and an appraisal that supported the price. The result is that I walked away with the full value of my home instead of the lower price the first offer was pushing for. I appreciate Jim's expertise in both realty and home construction, and the fact that he always had my best interest in mind. Great job, Jim!

We thoroughly enjoyed and greatly appreciated our experience working with Jon. He was very generous with his time as we explored different communities and homes in the Grand Rapids area. We found his knowledge of the market to be extremely helpful from the beginning of our search to the point where we successfully negotiated the purchase of our new home. We are also grateful for Jon’s responsiveness. He was quick to text or call us with updates or when we had questions. He even assisted us at multiple points when he was away on vacation.
