I did not know Kim before this process, but from the moment we met, the connection was instant. She is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. We have been so impressed with Kim as our realtor! Within one week, we met with her to determine a listing price, had photos taken of house for MLS, listed the house, accepted an offer and had our inspection. I'm typically a worrier in situations that move this quickly, but Kim was always available for a phone conversation or a text or two which kept my mind at ease. The entire process was simple and quick, and it was all finished with a successful closing exactly one month after the listing date!
