Kim is very efficient and follows thru with all that she promises. I have appreciated her professionalism and honesty. I have felt that I was her highest priority, even though she has had multiple clients. We have used her twice for sales , and she has shown us housed as well . After our first buyer fell thru due to financing issues, we thought we would have no trouble getting our next buyer... but then the market got soft over the summer and nothing was really happening. We had already bought our new home and moved, so we were eager to get this one sold. Kim scheduled many open houses, worked on marketing materials and techniques, talked to people constantly trying to get our former home noticed and sold. In the fall when things picked back up and we had more and more showings, Kim was always available to answer buyer questions, to do the work to get the sale closed. She is a great partner, very supportive, extremely positive. She helped keep us in good spirits despite being discouraged at circumstances outside of our control.
