Kent has been amazing to work with. He has been unbelievably flexible in his availability to make time to do house showings. The first time I knew I could trust him was when we were at a house showing and he made sure to point out things that he would recommend updating or addressing right away and making sure to point out things we didn't notice like smaller quality-of-life perks that a home has that would not be on the homes listing. He has been extremely quick to respond, great with continuing to send us recommendations even when we went over a month without seeing a house that we wanted to tour, his connections in the real estate market is an X-factor that you can't put a price on, and the process was extremely smooth during all steps of the of the homebuying process with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Kent Graves has excellent knowledge about the housing market and what to look for in a great home. He asked our priorities up front and made sure that we reviewed each house with those priorities in mind. Kent was quick to send us new listing and quick to get a walk through of houses within a day or two. During each walk through, he arrived with additional information about the house (info not listed on Zillow), and pointed out positives and negatives about each property that we may have overlooked. He was incredibly helpful when it came to making offers and provided exceptional insight about the market and how much money should be offered without overpaying for a home. Kent worked with me for many, many months to help me find the home I would be happy in. For the 1st 6 months I was just looking at places as I still had a home to sell out of state. Once that home sold, I was ready to buy a new home and he looked continuously for that home for me. He took me to quite a few options but they never quite struck the right chord with me. That reassured me that I was not wasting his time and he truly wanted me to find the right place to live.
