Kent Graves has excellent knowledge about the housing market and what to look for in a great home. He asked our priorities up front and made sure that we reviewed each house with those priorities in mind. Kent was quick to send us new listing and quick to get a walk through of houses within a day or two. During each walk through, he arrived with additional information about the house (info not listed on Zillow), and pointed out positives and negatives about each property that we may have overlooked. He was incredibly helpful when it came to making offers and provided exceptional insight about the market and how much money should be offered without overpaying for a home.
