I have worked with realtors and title companies for my own personal company for over 30 years. I am appalled at how much service and knowledge have gone down over the years. Many of them fail to inform their customers about the real costs involved in buying and selling properties like principle residence exemptions, property tax uncapping, and zoning issues to name a few. Well I am happy to say that Jackob is breath of fresh air! He may be on the younger side but don’t let that deter you! He is well educated in all things real estate and truly cares about finding you the best property to meet your needs at the best price. He always responded quickly to any inquiries and always listened to our concerns and often offered multiple solutions. He isn’t going to try to make the sale no matter what and has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend using him as your realtor whether you’re buying or selling. You won’t be disappointed!
