We first met Nora at an open house that she was coordinating for another realtor. Having visited several open houses that day, we were hitting the wall. And yet, Nora somehow reinvigorated us. It wasn't the right house for us, but we knew Nora was the right realtor. We began making plans to return and Nora was with us every step of the way. She blocked out almost an entire weekend and she and Breanna maintained excellent contact with us. They shared ideas, suggestions, and even personal experiences that validated our decision to work with them. Our house hunting weekend proved to be longer than expected and neither realtor faltered. In fact, they went out of their way on more than one occasion to make certain we were having the best possible experience. With their knowledge of the market and their genuine love for the community, Nora and Breanna guided us skillfully through our offers and counter offers, the inspection process, right through closing. While we may have had moments of doubt or indecision, Nora and Breanna’s commitment and dependability made our search for a new home a true success!

Narda was very helpful with all our needs, she demonstrated a lot of knowledge and was indispensable on such an important decision. She listened to our desires and dreams and helped to materialize it!!! Answered every single one of our questions, sometimes more than once... She was part of every single step of our journey, proposing houses, visiting, blue taping, fighting for discounts... I am glad we choose her!

After they showed us our future house, we were on our way back to our apartment and they called us to let us know that someone else put an offer on the house. We had expressed good interest in the home so they let us know we should make an offer ASAP. They gave us all the information we needed to know and helped us out every step of the way. We closed on the house and are very glad we got to buy this home! Ron and Chassy are very passionate about what they do and would love to help you find a home!

He knows the Des Moines/surrounding markets extremely well. This property was also a multi-family, with multiple current tenants and a property manager involved; he did a great job owning communication between everyone and the buyer's realtor, including at times when the current tenants weren't so happy the property was being shown/sold, so we didn't have to step in. Even when a few curveballs came our way, he was proactive about pushing back or gathering the right information to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, if you work with Chris and his team, you can feel confident they’ll look out for your best interests and watch out for you every step of the way.

Chris was great to work with. He was responsive and always open to what we were thinking and wanting. He is knowledgeable and was ahead of the game in different areas during the process and had solutions instantly to small issues that arose.
