About Chassy

With more than 20 years of experience, Chassy Pollard leads Better Way Realty, a boutique brokerage built on collaboration, transparency, and trust. Her passion for real estate began at age five, sitting at her grandfather’s desk in Northeast Iowa—dreaming up homes and helping “clients” long before it became her career. After starting her real estate journey in Southern California, Chassy returned to Iowa nearly a decade ago and dedicated herself to mastering every aspect of residential transactions—from contracts and financing to title and abstracts. Earning her Broker’s license in 2018, she combines expertise, problem-solving, and integrity to guide clients through every step with confidence. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

After they showed us our future house, we were on our way back to our apartment and they called us to let us know that someone else put an offer on the house. We had expressed good interest in the home so they let us know we should make an offer ASAP. They gave us all the information we needed to know and helped us out every step of the way. We closed on the house and are very glad we got to buy this home! Ron and Chassy are very passionate about what they do and would love to help you find a home!

Ron & Chassy are the BEST!!

Can't say enough about my experience working with them both!! Not only did they make the process of buying my new home seamless & worry free, but they also assisted my brother & I in selling our parents' 1970's fixer upper. With their knowledge & suggestions it sold within 3 weeks of listing! I would not hesitate to recommend Better Way to anyone!!

Chassy and Ron were professional/personable in getting to know our needs in a new home.

Chassy and Ron reacted quickly to our need to find a home in a short period of time due to relocation. They narrowed in on our needs and budget, being sure to show us homes that fell within those criteria. As a team, they did a great job informing us of what to expect and what steps that needed to be taken throughout the process of purchasing our home.

We had a great experience with our realtors, I highly recommend!

This was our first home and we were inexperienced in this whole process. Chassy and Ron were both a wealth of knowledge through this whole process! I loved how they offered their honest opinion throughout the whole experience. We ran into some challenges with the first house that we put an offer on and they walked us through that and helped us decide that it wasn't the best house for us, which turned out to be a really good decision! We are still struggling with the first seller even though we found and bought another house, but they have been working on it while we have been enjoying our new house. I would highly recommend Chassy and Ron Pollard!

We had a blast with Ron and Chassy!!

This is the second time that my wife and I have personally worked with Ron and Chassy, and the third time for our family. We feel very fortunate to have crossed paths withthem. Their knowledge base, prompt follow-up, and overall good nature make them a pleasure to work with. We hadn't purchased a home in over 20 years and they made the experience very smooth and seamless.
