Chassy was incredibly responsive and willing to educate on every little thing. She made the first time buying a home feel so much less scary and daunting. Chassy and Ron also pointed out details in a home that they knew I might look over and let me decide how to feel about them!

We were recommended Chassy and Ron through another person that had used them as their realtors and had come highly recommended! We had a great experience with both of them. They were kind, compassionate human beings and we’re not there just to make money. They took the time to understand what we wanted and what we were going through. They walked us through every step of the entire process and explained to us everything. We did not hesitate to ask them questions and they always had an answer. We felt very comfortable with them and the choices they were helping us with when looking for our home. We couldn’t have asked for better people to help us. They both were very knowledgeable about the process and how each part of it worked! Thank you so much Ron and Chassy!!!!!

Everytime I felt unsure abt a house Ron reassured me that there’s plenty more out there and helped both me and my dad schedule a bunch of viewings until we found the right home for us. Ron went out of his way multiple times for us I mean he helped us picture what the layout would be like, he explained everything in detail so it’s easier to understand, he even helped us put this big package inside the house when it isn’t even part of his job! My point is Ron is an incredible person and he’s great at what he does. Most of our time was with Ron but the little time that we did see chassy she was super nice and like Ron she helped explain stuff so that we’d understand better. Honestly overall I couldn’t ask for anyone better because I don’t think there is anyone better lol. They both were great to us seriously. Thank you !

Whenever we had a question, no matter what it was, Ron was always able to give us an answer. He always kept us in the loop of things as we shopped around for the right house.

I've completed three transactions with her and they get better every time. She gives me her honest opinions and is willing to help out in a pinch to get things handled when unexpected things pop up. Her knowledge of the local Cedar Rapids/corridor area is quite in depth and gives me confidence I will be getting the best possible price and her negotiation skills ensure it. I'm very happy with our working relationship and look forward to continuing it.
